Spotlight Construction Ltd are a company based in Greater London and Hertfordshire, operating nationwide. We work directly with leading Councils, Building Surveyors, Architects, Managing Agents and Private Clients. Spotlight was established with the spirit of providing our clients with a cost effective, bespoke and friendly service across specialist trades. We offer cost effective testing and review, new works and restoration and refurbishment across these trades.

Services

  • We carry out full Test and Inspections, Remedial Works on all aspects, including our own in house groundworks and access equipment and New Systems Installations

  • We carry out full Testing as per the BS:7883:2019, Remedial works to bring systems back into compliance and New Systems with SOTER II Systems.

  • Including Specialist Trades for Churches, Historic Building Restoration, Works on Grade Listed Buildings and general redecoration and repair of internal and external features.

  • For both Moulded and Hand Carved Stone. We also provide Stone and Brick Cleaning – Including Doff, Jos and Torc Systems

  • Leadwork – Including Historic Detailed Leadwork
    Guttering and Downpipes – Including PVc, Cast Iron and Aluminium

  • Pitched and Flat Roofing, Joinery Works, Specialist Access – Including Scaffolding, Rope Access and MEWP’s – Flagpole Repairs and Replacements
